Whole-Body Women's Health
Specialized care for women — from prenatal support and pelvic health to athletic recovery and movement rehabilitation.
Our Approach
Our physiotherapy and athletic therapy services are built around one principle: women's bodies are unique, and their care should reflect that. Our therapists specialize in conditions that are frequently overlooked or misunderstood in traditional clinical settings.
From prenatal care and pelvic floor rehabilitation to endometriosis management, sports injury recovery, and movement optimization, we offer comprehensive, evidence-based care in a safe, women-centred environment.
All services integrate seamlessly with your fitness programming at EmpowerFit — so your therapy and your training work together, not against each other.

Our Specialty
Pelvic health is one of the most under-served areas of women's medicine — and one of the most impactful. Our therapists take a whole-pelvis, whole-person approach that goes far beyond traditional pelvic floor exercises.
We address the full spectrum of pelvic conditions, including endometriosis, uterine health, chronic pelvic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation — conditions that are often dismissed or undertreated elsewhere.

Featured Service
Hypopressives are a revolutionary low-pressure breathing and postural training system that reduces intra-abdominal pressure — the opposite of traditional core exercises like crunches or heavy lifting.
Both Keeley and Carrie are trained in hypopressive techniques and offer sessions in small group settings as well as individualized 1:1 programming — making this accessible regardless of your starting point.
Train alongside other women in a small, supportive group setting. Group sessions are a great way to learn the technique, stay accountable, and connect with the co:mom:unity.
Personalized hypopressive programming tailored to your specific condition, goals, and fitness level. Ideal for complex presentations or those who prefer private instruction.
Hypopressives work best alongside a comprehensive fitness program. Our therapists coordinate directly with your EmpowerFit coaches to ensure your therapy and training complement each other.
Your Therapists
With over 20 years of experience as a physiotherapist, Keeley brings a wealth of knowledge, genuine curiosity, and a deeply personal understanding of what it means to navigate injury, recovery, and the desire to simply feel like yourself again.
Keeley has always been passionate about movement — from swimming, rowing, dance, and horseback riding to CrossFit and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Her willingness to try new ways of moving her body gives her a uniquely empathetic perspective with her clients. Her own experience with injury-related setbacks has taught her firsthand the patience and hard work it takes to return to the activities you love.
Her approach combines targeted exercise prescription, hands-on manual therapy, and acupuncture to create efficient, individualized programs that get you back to health — and back to doing what matters to you.
Keeley integrates acupuncture into her practice to address pain, hormonal imbalances, endometriosis symptoms, and pelvic floor tension. Acupuncture can be a powerful complement to physiotherapy for chronic or complex conditions.
A specialized external massage technique that works with the abdomen and pelvis to improve circulation, support uterine positioning, and address conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, painful periods, and digestive concerns. A profoundly effective and often transformative therapy.
Carrie is a mom of three, a certified athletic therapist, and a personal trainer devoted to helping women through pregnancy, labour and delivery, postpartum, and beyond. She believes pregnancy and motherhood is a sport — with constant physical demands on the body — and that helping women feel strong and confident in their ability to move, run, play, and laugh is one of the most important things she can do.
Through her own personal journey with prolapse after her second delivery, Carrie discovered hypopressives. It was such a life-changing tool that she became a Level 2 Hypopressives Instructor — and now she is passionately working to reach as many women as possible, helping them restore their pelvic floor and core one breath and one move at a time.
Carrie is also a passionate runner who understands firsthand the frustration of pelvic floor symptoms getting in the way of the sport you love. Her mission is to help women run with freedom — without leaking, pain, or fear — so they can stay active for life.
An instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization technique that breaks down scar tissue and fascial restrictions, restoring range of motion and reducing chronic pain. Highly effective for tendinopathies, post-surgical adhesions, and repetitive strain injuries.
Hands-on joint mobilization and soft tissue techniques to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function. Carrie tailors manual therapy to each client's specific injury history and movement goals.
